Waist bead communities are commonly used for health tracking, such as weight loss and... they keep you very honest. They move up or down with weight gain or weigh loss.

Our high quality waist beads are made of glass, metal, crystals, gemstones, charms, woods, plastics, etc and are strung on cotton thread. They are to be tied around the desired area and the excess string is to be cut off.
